Accommodation Rules
Apartmán Sklenářka provides accommodation services in accordance with Czech law. Accommodation is provided based on confirmed reservations.
Reservation and Payment
A reservation is binding upon confirmation and payment. When paying by card via a secure payment gateway, the full amount is charged at booking. When paying by bank transfer, a 50% deposit is due at booking and the balance no later than 14 days before arrival. We are not VAT payers; an invoice can be issued on request.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. A valid ID document for all guests is required upon arrival. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request.
Cancellation Policy
30+ days before arrival: full refund. 29–15 days: 50% of the price charged. 14 days or less: 80% of the price charged. If we re-rent the apartment for the same dates, we transfer the amount without cancellation fee. In case of no-show, the full price of the first two nights will be charged.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are required to maintain order, observe quiet hours (10:00 PM–7:00 AM), and handle apartment equipment with care. Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment.
Liability
The operator is not liable for damage to guest property unless stored in the safe. Guests are liable for any damage to apartment equipment.
